Proprietary software
FormaMod – ETS2 is proprietary, closed-source software. All rights in the project belong to its developer. Offering files as a free download does not transfer ownership of the software to users or make it open source.
Permitted use
You may download an official release from this website and use it with your own copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 for personal use.
Restrictions
Without the developer's prior written permission, and subject to applicable law, you may not:
- redistribute FormaMod files (including re-uploading them to other sites),
- sell FormaMod or any part of it,
- publish modified versions,
- claim authorship of the project.
Restrictions on modification, reverse engineering and decompilation apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not affect user rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
Third-party intellectual property
Euro Truck Simulator 2 and related trademarks belong to SCS Software. Hardware names belong to their respective owners. Third-party components, if any, remain subject to their own licences, which these terms do not alter.
Independent project
FormaMod – ETS2 is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SCS Software, AMD or NVIDIA.
Compatibility and liability
FormaMod is provided as is. There is no guarantee of compatibility with every game version, hardware configuration or other mods, of uninterrupted operation, or of any particular performance. Back up the game's configuration files before installing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
