Hosting and technical logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. On every visit, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and time of request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your selected colour theme is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent anywhere. Cloudflare may use its own strictly necessary security mechanisms.
Downloads
The FormaMod package is downloaded directly from this website, hosted on Cloudflare. A download is an ordinary request to the server and is covered by the technical logs described above. We only count how many times each file is downloaded per day. The counter stores the date, the file name and the number of downloads – no IP address, browser details or any other data that could identify you.
Support via Suppi
The "Support on Suppi" link leads to suppi.pl. The FormaMod website does not process any payment data. If you choose to support the project, your data is processed by Suppi under its own privacy policy.
Email contact and bug reports
If you send an email, your address and the message content are used only to reply and handle your request. Messages are not shared with third parties. If you report a bug through an external issue tracker (such as GitHub Issues), your report is subject to that service's terms and may be public.
Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or unnecessary personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For privacy matters, contact the controller at the address above.
Changes
This policy will be updated whenever the services used by the website change.
